The problem

Our own team needed a task manager. The good ones charged a monthly fee for the features we'd need long term, and the free ones didn't work the way we did. So we built the one we wanted, and use it every day.

What we built

Flowly is a Kanban board you can shape freely, with live multi-user sync, a calendar, reminders and reports. On top sits an AI assistant that answers questions about your projects and creates or moves tasks from plain language. It's built as a real product: a subscription for teams, plus an integration layer so other businesses can put Flowly's task management inside their own apps.
